About James WarpJim Warp is the founder and CEO of Lighthouse
coaching services, a company providing guidance to
help business owners solve problems. Jim spent his
“Corporate career” in the financial services industry.
He was recognized as an enthusiastic leader with a
proven record of accomplishment in problem solving,
staff development and planning. He has extensive
experience dealing with the problems facing small
businesses. Jim’s specific responsibilities grew from
Director of Small Business Management to Assistant
Vice President of Business Planning and Development to
Vice President and National Sales Manager.
Jim’s professional development includes Northwestern
University and the University of Chicago management
school program on Negotiations.

Beyond Lighthouse Coaching Services Jim is involved
in the leadership of two other organizations:
The Northwest Business Network is dedicated to ethical
business practices and is comprised of small business
owners in northwest suburban Chicago. Jim is currently
a member of the Executive Board (

Jim also dedicates his volunteer time as President of
the Board of Directors of Resources for Community
Living. This nonprofit organization offers adults with
developmental and/ or physical disabilities
opportunities to achieve greater self-esteem, dignity,
and participation in all aspects of community life. (
