WORKSHOP SERVICES

Negotiations The process of negotiation is taught and reinforced throughout the workshop as each participant prepares and conducts a negotiation session. The focus of the workshop is developing a win-win mindset.

Skills learned include: planning, relationship building, discovering needs, bargaining and reaching agreement.

Understanding Your Value Participants renew their appreciation of the products, programs and services provided by your company. Each person will identify the features of your company, their specific work unit and themselves personally. Participants then work in a team activity to convert those features into customer benefits. Participants gain a high level of respect for your company and themselves while learning to communicate those identified strengths to your customers.

Sales Skills Participants receive basic sales skills training. The focus is on setting a positive tone, uncovering needs and securing commitment.

New skills include: active listening, questioning, gaining agreement, handling objections, setting goals and planning.

Business Planning This workshop is designed to enable management groups to build a strategic business plan. Answers gained through the workshop will be:

* How do we get there?

* How do we know when we've arrived?

The session will begin with your mission statement and will progress to developing a game plan. We will also address goal setting, based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats identified by management.
